Please read these terms carefully before using the nd77 platform. This document forms the basis of the legal agreement between you and nd77.

Section 3Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
The currently accepted payment methods on nd77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. When making a deposit, make sure you are using the correct account number and reference number. nd77 is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions due to incorrect information.
- The deposit amount must be within the limits set by nd77.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- After a successful deposit, the balance is generally reflected instantly.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount from nd77 is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply:
- The account's KYC verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
- Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
- The verification process may take additional time, in which case the 10–45 minute guarantee will not apply.
Anti-Money Laundering
nd77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If a user appears to be involved in suspicious financial activity, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Section 4Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members on nd77 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, bets totalling (bonus + deposit) × 10 must be placed.
- The bonus is automatically added only at the time of the first deposit.
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Terms
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- nd77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Any attempt to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
- If the specific conditions of a bonus are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Bonuses issued by nd77 are non-transferable.
- When bonus funds are mixed with cash, bets are placed from the bonus balance first.
VIP and Loyalty Program
nd77's loyalty program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Section 5Betting Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets on nd77 are considered final. Bets may be cancelled or reassessed in the following situations:
- In the event of a technical error or system failure.
- In the event of incorrect odds being displayed (nd77 reserves the right to correct clear errors).
- If a match is cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled within a specified time.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
Special Cricket Betting Conditions
For bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket leagues:
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started (except for live betting).
- If overs are reduced due to rain, the result will be determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method.
- In a tied match, the bet amount will be refunded, unless "tie" exists as a separate betting option.
Casino Games
The following conditions apply when playing casino games (slots, live table games, card games):
- All games are operated using third-party certified random number generator (RNG) technology.
- Game results are entirely random and not predetermined.
- If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be reviewed at a later time.
- Betting limits are set individually for each game.

In any situation, nd77's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
